Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Purple Door Lab’s website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Purple Door Labs offers Salesforce consulting services, including but not limited to Salesforce implementation, customization, training, and ongoing support. The scope of services is defined in the agreements with individual clients.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and grant access to necessary resources to facilitate service delivery. Delays or failure to provide required information may affect timelines and incur additional costs.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees. Purple Door Labs reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, and technical data.
Data Protection
Purple Door Labs complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy laws as applicable. We will handle client data responsibly, using appropriate safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including customizations, solutions, and deliverables related to the services provided, remains the property of Purple Door Labs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of their Salesforce instances and related data.
Third-Party Services
Purple Door Labs may recommend or use third-party services, apps, or plugins to enhance Salesforce functionality. While we ensure the services recommended are reputable, we are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of third-party services. Clients must adhere to the terms and conditions of any third-party services they choose to use.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Purple Door Labs strives to provide timely and high-quality services. Response times and project completion will be outlined in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided to each client. SLAs will detail expectations regarding project milestones, deadlines, support response times, and service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Door Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date. All payments must be settled within 30 days of termination.
Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation first. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Chattanooga, TN. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Tennessee in the United States.
Changes to Terms
Purple Door Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Data Security
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of the data stored on Salesforce or any third-party platforms.
