For more than two decades, I’ve worked inside growing organizations, helping teams streamline processes, clean up data, and rebuild workflows that weren’t serving the people who relied on them. While much of that work has included Salesforce and other platforms, my focus goes beyond any single tool to process design, workflow strategy, and building systems people actually use.
